Erika Warren

Erika Warren is a citizen of the Quinault Nation and a proud mother of two young men. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Indigenous Health and Education from The Evergreen State College. As the co-founder, CEO, and Creative Director of Cattail Rising, Erika leads an inter-tribal, women-led organization dedicated to empowering Native communities and supporting the sovereignty of Tribal people, while also extending its vision to uplift other marginalized and underrepresented groups. Cattail Rising was born out of a movement to ensure that Native voices, alongside those of other historically underserved communities, lead efforts to shape their futures, free from external control and Western power structures.

Erika is committed to preserving Indigenous culture and protecting the intellectual property of Native peoples, creating a foundation for cultural integrity and self-determination. Her work is grounded in a passion for educational sovereignty, land-based learning, and fostering collaboration across diverse communities. Through her leadership, Erika seeks to uplift Native youth and other underrepresented groups, support community-driven initiatives, and create lasting opportunities for growth, healing, and equity.
