The yəhaw̓ Indigenous Creatives Collective is a collective of intertribal Indigenous artists rematriating 1.5 acres of land in South Seattle, located on Coast Salish territories. We aim to enhance Indigenous well-being through art-making, community-building, and equitable creative opportunities that foster personal and professional growth. Together with our partners and community, we host a variety of events on the land and in our spaces, such as beading circles, ecology and agriculture workshops, and art events, all aimed at nurturing the cultural identity and sense of belonging within our communities.
