The Cattail Rising Inter-Tribal Youth Program is committed to uplifting Native youth through culture, while paving pathways to future careers. Through mentorship and career exploration grounded in sovereignty, self-determination, and cultural values, we empower the next generation of Native leaders and changemakers.
We aim to create inclusive and accessible programs for all Native youth, offering opportunities that foster leadership, engagement, community-building, and a deep connection to the land. With the support of our partners, we provide stipends, hands-on learning experiences, job shadowing opportunities and the skills for youth to envision and build a future that is both career-focused and culturally rooted.
